As Operations Director you will be stepping into a position that will place you in direct commmand ofthe staff of one of the largest privately held mortgage banks in theMidwestern US, withmore than 500 employeesand nearly$2 billion in annual revenues. Far outstripping its nearest regional competitors in both size and volume. Moreover, as other mortgage banks have failed and fallen to the wayside in the past five years my client has more than doubled in size. No mean feat as even the most casual observer of the mortgage industry would understand.

The most successful candidate in this position would be one who brings a background in managing multiple departments on the operations side of the mortgage industry (underwriting in particular) and having done so in a high volume environment. Of equal importance is the desire to move up into a "C" level position in the mid-term moving from a day to day operations role into the stategic management of the corporation overall. Simply put, the most desirableperson for this role will bring to the table a drive, initiative, intelligence, experience, and the ability to bring an already successful company to the next level.
