Staffing Plus Inc., the leaders in Behavioral Health Care staffing, is currently seeking committed, professional Teacher Assistant or Youth Care Workerswith experience working with children/adolescents in a school and daycare settings.

The ideal candidate would have experience working with children with behavioral health and mental health disorders including Autism, ADD, and developmental delay and be able to work one-on-one during the day.

Earn up to $14.00 an hour, and we offer flexible schedules!!

Qualified Candidates Will

  • Provide one-on-one assistance to children in a school or daycare setting
  • Be able to redirect negative behaviors
  • Promote social interactions with the children
  • Serve as a positive role model & mentor for the child

    • Requirements

    A high school diploma

    At least 1 year of experience working with children with behavioral health or mental health diagnosis

    State Required Clearances - FBI, Child abuse and PA criminal background

    CPR and First Aid Certification**

    Physical/PPD

    40 hours of training that can be obtained with Staffing Plus, Inc.

  • Staffing Plus, Inc. will assist in obtaining all PA mandated clearances: Child Abuse, PA Criminal Background Check, and Cogent FBI Fingerprinting (Department of Education/Department of Public Welfare)
  • *CPR/First Aid and all other Continuing Education required trainings can be obtained

    through our on-site training department!
