Minimum Requirements
BA/BS from a top university with a 3.6+ GPA
Deep love for driving results and an utter disdain for boring marketing
2-3 years experience in consumer online marketing (preferably with an e-tailer or content site)
Must have substantial hands-on experience with nuts-and-bolts online marketing
Merchandising products or content on your website
Pricing, bundling, and promotions for e-commerce
Acquiring or managing partnership with other websites
Running email campaigns
Excel and PowerPoint Ninja
Great knowledge of SEM and SEO best practicesBonus Points For
Active blogger, social network butterfly, follower of Interweb memes, and lover of pop culture
Can write in a Shmoopy voice - edgy, witty, current, youthful
Experience marketing to teens or teachers
Experience putting together sales materials and content/advertising packages for advertisers
Experience doing affiliate marketing or promotional business development with other websites
Experience working closely with designers or creative agencies
