Independent Sales Representative
Aistiva Corporation, a Seattle based biotechnology company, is looking for skilled Independent Sales Representatives to join the outside sales team in our water treatment products division, AquaLiv.
Ideal candidates are sales professionals who are passionate about health and wellness, who are capable of working independently with little supervision and can communicate the technical details and benefits of our products.
By joining our outside sales force you will grow our sales and expand our dealer network, working when and where you want, while earning generous commissions. Your activities will include calling on water treatment dealers, wellness stores and other companies who would make great AquaLiv dealers. In addition to signing up dealers, you can also market our water systems to retail purchasers, either homes or businesses. Everyone loves AquaLiv Water. We pay commissions on new dealer sign ups, new Independent Sales Representative sign ups, and of course, retail water system sales.
As an Independent Sales Representative (ISR) you are not required to process orders, stock inventory, or maintain customer relations. You find new dealers or make sales and we then process the orders, manage the dealer/customer, etc. Our commission schedule is currently $180 per residential water system, $310 per commercial water system, $325 for new dealers and $99 for new ISRs.

Prospecting for potential new dealers, ISRs and retail customers
Assessing needs to see if our product is a good fit
Contacting leads, setting appointments and closing sales or signing up new partners
Identifying and supporting sales and marketing activities such as local networking events, trade shows and seminars
Providing outstanding service with a consultative selling approach
Computer and internet skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Must be able to meet minimum performance quotas
Confidence in your ability to thrive in a commission-only sales position
Self-motivated with the skill and discipline necessary to work with minimal supervision
Excellent business to business and business to consumer presentation skills
Ability to represent the company well and maintain a high level of professionalism
