To profitably maintain and grow account sales in TPE (TPO, TPV) Automotive component production and Solution rubber sales for low roll resistant eco tire manufacturing. Meet with customers or targets to find new sales opportunities or applications in core products. Attend customer production trials to provide processing and technical support. Provide product improvement recommendations to solve a problems or improvements.

Duties.

  • Visit and support customers on a regular basis
  • Adjust pricing of the products based on direction from the General Manager
  • Forecast customer demand
  • Implement appropriate sales strategy within each account
  • Ship samples to customers for evaluations on current or new applications
    Attend customer design reviews and production trials
  • Identify new target accounts in business development
  • Meet with new customers and Targets
  • Attend industry events and tradeshows
  • Monitor customer inventory levels
  • Verify 100% on time delivery of products
  • Determine new product needs from the customer or a market
  • Recommend product improvements to R&D
  • Coordinate testing required to gain customer approval for new products

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor''s degree in Plastics or Chemical Engineering.
  • Training and at least 5 years experience in Injection Molding Troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in the basic principles of plastic part design.
  • 3 years experience in Technical Sales.
  • Excellent customer service capabilities.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to see the "big picture".
