The highlights of this position include: assisting in assembling critical information for marketing packets; preparing collateral/marketing packets and demographic reports; updating inventory listings of available properties; assisting with travel arrangements; preparing simple maps and aerials using MapInfo; researching data for project analysis and marketing; and backing up other administrative staff members as needed.
A minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a sales and marketing environment required along with a working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Internet. Previous experience with a real estate brokerage firm in shopping center leasing/management desired but not required for individual with excellent written/verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
