Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the General Manager in running a mid to high volume casual dining unit
  • Direct hosts/hostesses, waiters/waitresses, Bussers, and hourly supervisors
  • Interact with guests though greetings, table touches, etc.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance
  • Assist with training and development
  • Participate in promotions
  • Assist with financial reporting, inventory, and ordering

    Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a salaried assistant manager in high volume chain
  • Flexibility to work various hours
  • Good leadership skills
  • Exposure to financial reports and working with budgets
  • Experience working in restaurants where food is scratch-made is a plus
  • Ability to form good relationship with staff and vendors
