Description

FT position available with growing technology and government contracting firm.

DUTIES

  • Attends and documents Integrated Product Reviews (IPRs) and meetings

  • Distributes meeting minutes and Action Items to requisite personnel and follows up to ensure Action Items are addressed and completed
    • Prepares briefing slides in preparation for IPRs

  • Sorts and prioritizes daily work orders
    • Escort visitors to specified locations

    Qualifications

    • Excellent MS Office and organizational skills and detailed oriented

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
    • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and relationship skills

  • Must be able to use problem solving skills and apply common sense
    • At least 5 years of experience in administrative and/or management service
