My client is a 500+ bed acute care hospital in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area known for their commitment to delivering quality patient care and improving the health status of the families and individuals in the communities they serve.

They currently are looking for an RN who has some solid management experience to cover a MedSurg unit. This MedSurg Nurse Manager will report to the Director and will handle all the day to day operations on the unit i.e. scheduling, payroll, coaching, counseling, etc.

Requirements

  • RN with TX license
  • BSN strongly preferred
  • 3+ years unit management experience
  • 5+ years MedSurg clinical experience
