JOB DESCRIPTION - Physical Therapy - Full Time

To provide evals and treatment to all residents/patients referred by a licensed physician. To maintain effective communication with facility/agency staff, residents/patients, families and management.

Qualification Standards, Education, And Work Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited school
  • Holds valid state license
  • Previous experience in long term care preferable
