Hours: 8:30 - 5:30

Assist Project Manager And Supervisor In The Following

The implementation of projects associated with 2 different business lines.
Collaborate with business partners to understand and document, project requirements and processes in support of a successful launch.
Interaction and oversight of 3rd party fulfillment services vendor
Support HCR initiative
Support the day-to-day fulfillment work - includes kit set up (ie, BOM management), inventory management, internal/external client interaction

Basic day-to-day fulfillment duties, inventory and order management based
Project management
Attend and participate in project meetings

Requirements

2 - 4 years of experience in inventory, fulfillment and/or order management
Good project management skills
4 year degree desired or
Equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree - at least 6 - 8 years
Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal, ability to create presentation in Powerpoint would be very helpful
Good overall Project Management abilities
Willingness to learn

Job Description

Provides high quality and cost effective project management, analytic support services and technical expertise for a broad array of issues and projects related to order management processes, online/e-customize and the fulfillment of customized marketing collateral. Must be able to understand database system process. This PM will lead projects that impact a single functional area at a national level. He/she is responsible for working on projects of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Position will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Ability to author business requirements documents with system detail and timelines. Customer service skills are essential.Leads the delivery of a complex project. Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
