The Resident Specialist provides strong customer service to prospective residents by coordinating the entire pre-move process including but not limited to assisting applicants with completing all paperwork including applications, conducting tours ofavailable units, explaining wait list policies and communicating availabilities accurately, and making all potentials residents feel at home.

Requirements

High School Diploma required plus experience in an administrative/office role including the ability to operate all office equipment.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Yardi is a plus.

Possession of a valid state issued Drivers License and safe driving record are required.
