Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources. The overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to; benefits administration and recordkeeping, HRIS and records maintenance, communicating HR programs, policies and procedures, recruitment administration and coordination of YOS' training efforts.

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred; Human Resources internship or entry level experience required(at least six months). Ideal candidate will possess the ability to prioritize and complete several tasks at once with a strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills, in addition is proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Team player with a proactive, creative and flexible attitude.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: hours should be worked between 9:00am to 5:00 pm; current schedule 10:00 am to 2:00 pm( flexible hours)
