EcomNets, a Deloitte Fast 500 company is seeking several IT Technical Recruiters/ Sales to join the IT team. Sales / Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and consultant resource maintenance. Candidates must have experience recruiting IT resources. Will be responsible to meet all recruiting and placement metrics with minimal supervision, and should be aware of the complete recruitment cycle / staff augmentation process in IT industry.

Recruiting -
Successfully identifying "Top" IT Technical Talent using traditional recruiting methods from beginning to end including networking. The order filling process includes: Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Review client requirements to identify skills required for qualified candidate. Search for candidates including traditional recruiting methods, networking and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to our internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, referrals, as well as user/technical groups. Review resumes and screen credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Interview prospective candidates to determine their qualifications, analyzing their responses, and their cultural fit for our client*s organization. Requirements: Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education. Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment / Technical Staff Augmentation recruiting experience is necessary. Prior experience recruiting Executive/Sales Managers is a great plus. Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of recruitment process. Proven record of accomplishment in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Experience in resume search through internal process as well as leading job portals.
