Kitchen Manager: Downtown Miami Restaurant Searching for a Kitchen Manager
The Filling Station & Garage Bar is searching for a special person to handle the kitchen. We have been open 4 years, and the responsibilities of the KM include but are not limited to Quality Control, insuring that all recipes are followed, cleanliness, scheduling, training, developing new items, food cost, positive morale, and a calm even temperment between front of the house and back of the house. We are not looking for a \"clip board\" manager- it is imperative that you are hands on and can cook every station in order to keep payroll down. We are a successful restaurant and we are looking forward to having someone come in and add to our profitability. As of now, we serve lunch and dinner Monday thru Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and we are closed Sundays! Good Luck!
