We are currently seeking aCampaign List Analystfor our Pawtucket RI location.
The Campaign List Analyst will help deliver thoughtful, accurate campaign lists and promote thought leadership to internal marketing clients. Responsible for the proper timing of campaign list delivery in coordination with creative development. Duties will include defining and executing mail and email marketing lists with a focus on flawless execution.
Consult with key marketing and business unit staff to identify and define strategic requests. Translate business objectives into list criteria that can be efficiently coded
Maintain campaign associated files and data extracts for further campaign analysis
Manage campaign and list production process based on reasonable capacity and business priority
Work with team members to identify, and where possible, solve marketing priority conflicts
Coordinate email production activities with internal and external partners
List targeting and database management
Utilize CRM data to identify and select appropriate audience for marketing communications
Work with outside vendor partners to manage list through hygiene standardization and in channel implementation process
Ensure data validity and work with IT, Sales and Marketing partners to promote data hygiene
Validate existing targeting strategy and selection criteria to identify opportunities for improvement
Work with marketing managers to understand and apply segmentation for campaign targeting
Support the expansion and growth of institutional marketing opportunities by becoming familiar with CRM data and business goals
Manage campaign targeting, audit, testing and approval of campaign counts; relentless focus on best practice quality control steps a must
Track performance of the direct marketing campaigns: email and direct mail channels
Work with marketing team members to develop communication best practices
1 to 3 years experience in a multi-channel, process oriented best in class database marketing environment
1 to 3 years’ experience with Unica,or similar CRM campaign management software
Extensive knowledge or experience using data to define and implement personalized, direct to consumer communications
Experience with applied segmentation and multi- channel contact strategies
BS/BA degree (or equivalent) required. Degree in business, database marketing, marketing or related field strongly preferred
Must be able to work independently, problem solve and meet deadlines; excellent project management skills
Fast learner; able to work with a high performing team of marketing managers to meet deadlines
