Athletic Trainer (On-Call)

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of Athletic Training clients accessing the Rehab Specialties department.

Minimum Qualifications

Registered Athletic Trainer, valid in Minnesota.

CPR Certification.

  • Ability to work independently and organize tasks
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility, self-control and maturity in work and behavior
  • Ability to promote Rehab Specialties services
  • Ability to change work locations with or without prior notification in order to meet customer needs
  • Ability to serve patients in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team
  • Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions
