Unarmed, Uniformed Security Positions - No Experience Necessary! Permanent, Full time positions of 32-40 hours per week @ $10.50 per hour with overtime and holiday wages of time and a half when they apply. Those with a DPS/PSB Level II license or above will get immediate consideration but we will train and license those that demonstrate good judgement and moral character. These positions are night time positions, seven days per week at the local Odessa, Midland and Lubbock, TX sites of the largest national retail chain in the country. One position will be parking lot patrol in a Central Defense Security (CDS) Patrol Truck and the other will be an inside position formerly staffed by the store's "Greeter". Our CDS vehicles are late model and maintained in full mechanical and appearance conditions. A/C and heat will always be functional. Must be 18 years of age, however only those age of 25 and above can operate a CDS patrol truck for insurance purposes. Other requirements: US Citizen or legally able to work in the United States (E-Verify will be used) HS Diploma or GED Patrol Drivers must have a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's license in good standing Reliable Transportation Able to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time. Able to perform the duties normally expected of a Security Officer Able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screens Be free of felony or class A misdemeanor arrests in compliance with Texas guard licensing statues and be able to obtain a State of Texas, Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau Level II Guard Card (CDS will train at no charge and submit for the right persons - can work while in process).
