KXXV-TV, in Killeen, TX, is accepting applications for a News Reporter to enterprise and report news stories. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing news sources and contacts, developing and reporting news stories to industry standards, covering multiple stories daily, and performing frequent live reports. We are looking for a team player who exhibits good news judgment, implements the station news philosophy and represents the station in the community. Qualified candidate will be detail oriented with excellent computer, writing and communication skills, and proven English language proficiency. A degree in broadcast journalism is preferred; bilingual in Spanish is helpful, but not required. A valid drivers license and good driving record required. KXXV-TV is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
