Help Desk Specialist
ProPath, a high-volume pathology practice in Dallas, Texas has an opening for a Help Desk Specialist. You will provide client support through completing assignments, reports and paperwork, troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of issues, follow-up on client concerns and some client training in the use of software programs. One to three years of customer service and the ability to work independently. Technical training experience preferred. Technical software skills include strong Internet, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, and report writing. Must have a valid drivers license and current automobile insurance.
