The employer is searching for a Broadband Communications Technician in the Dallas area. The Broadband Communications Technician I (BCT I )position is responsible for facilitating the delivery, service, repair and education of the company's products. In this role, you will have direct contact with our customers in their home or business to meet all of their broadband needs. Requirements: Our ideal candidate will possess three (3) years of experience in a related position where they gained experience/skills in installation, troubleshooting and light sales experience. A successful BCT must possess above average problem-solving, planning AND organizational skills with EXCELLENT communications skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work under hazardous conditions is a VITAL necessity in this role and is part of the daily routine. You must be able to climb poles, crawl through attics and on rooftops in order to effectively install the products. Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds frequently. Minimum age 18/company policy. Must have a valid Texas drivers license or be able to get a valid Texas drivers license within 30 days of start date if you have an out-of-state license. Felony convictions older than 7 years on a case by case basis.
