We are seeking a candidate for a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager in our Dallas, Texas office. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Develops plans, specifications, and reports for Texas clients. Supervise and schedule work of other team members. Mentorship of younger engineers. Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects. Managing project schedules, budgets, scope and quality cost control on projects and quality control within discipline. Planning, design, and construction phases of projects. Completeness and accuracy of design team work. Technical liaison with client for work within the discipline. Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering 5 - 10 years of experience with the TxDOT and experience in the Texas Transportation market with a strong emphasis on Roadway, Transportation, and Design Build. Firm understanding of TxDOT CADD applications including MicroStation and GEOPAK. Able to lead TxDOT transportation projects with minimal guidance. Licensed Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.). TxDOT drainage experience is a plus. TxDOT pre-certification is a plus.
