Analyst II (#30540)
Provides technical and analytical assistance in the areas of research, planning, forms design/configuration, system configuration and implementation
Works with the internal team and vendor(s) with supporting responsibility for case management and process enhancements. Assists in the role of administering system security
Assists in the creation of appropriate documentation and related testing compliance
Develops various ad hoc queries, and creates/runs standard and specialized reports as needed for use by the leadership team and other internal customers
Analyst I (#31019)
Provides secondary production support for the organizational corporate talent management system, employee portal (primarily SuccessFactors and Infor/Enwisen), and the HRIS
Responsible for routine imports and related systems upkeep (i.e., Demographic Loads and/or Job Description Database)
Assists with technical and analytical processes to configure and implement related systems and forms
Generates and reconciles a variety of audits, reports and statistical summaries regarding employee demographics, skills, pay data and related information from the HRIS and related systems to ensure data integrity
Develops routine and ad hoc queries as needed to fulfill requests and organizational needs
Serves as backup to Applications Analyst II and Applications Administrator in supporting responsibility for case management, process enhancements and system security, as required
Works with internal resources (HRIS Team, Corporate Education, Communications, etc) to help develop and ensure appropriate systems training and communication needs are met
Will have primary responsibility for supporting functionality for employee record auditing and maintenance, which may include licensure documentation and compliance, forms administration and compliance, etc. outside of the HRIS
Develops supporting ad hoc and routine reports as needed
May also provide additional functional support to the department (i.e., backup to HRIS Specialist, Recruiter, etc)

2-3 years Professional in HRIS/Information Systems or related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Excellent overall communication skills;MS Office, w/working knowledge of MS Access; must understand database structure, tables and data elements; knowledge of information systems, HR and Payroll concepts to include auditing controls requirements
