Key Result Areas
Provide human resources leadership and support to assigned client groups.Responsibilities include providing guidance to leadership regarding employeerelations issues, salary administration, performance management, organizationaleffectiveness, recruitment, compensation, and talent related issues.Communicate, deliver and influence against strategic human resources policiesand procedures. Ability to impact strategic, operational and tactical issues forassigned client group is critical.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Provide human resources leadership in all aspects of business strategy; withthe Director of Human Resources create and implement HR strategies andinitiatives to create structure, business processes, performance systems,solutions and metrics to enable the assigned client groups to execute andachieve the business targets.
Support Director of Human Resources in providing with location specificinsights to help the Center of Excellence team at headquarters align overallstrategies with location specific requirements
Effectively work with line management in strategically planning for andmeeting business goals and objectives including all HR processes, programs andinitiatives. Demonstrate ability to understand how the business operates from acommercial and financial perspective and apply the appropriate HR relatedsolutions.
Build value-added relationships with the management team, providing solutionsto workforce issues and offering alternatives for effective people decisions andactions. Influence and coach leadership and management in effectively managinghuman capital.
Develop strategic solutions to recruitment, people development and retentionissues. Build organizational capability and bench strength, ensuring the rightpeople are in the right jobs. This includes talent reviews, succession planningreviews, calibration reviews and performance management. Promote the EHPCompetency models, performance management process and functional career pathingtools. Create development opportunities for employees and provide coaching.
Serve as a change agent and consultant to line management in support of EHI'svision, mission, values, culture and strategy. Support line management to ensureefficient and effective organizational transition. Partner and sometimes leadwith Organizational Development and Training to deliver against key objectivesand initiatives that build capability.
Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company's risk; provide guidance anddirections regarding employee relations issues. Serve as a subject matter expertfor customer groups; provide information and coordinate responses for legalissues; interpret changes in laws, guidelines, policies, and other relatedmatters.
Promote Organizational effectiveness through identification of organizationalredundancies, establish clear processes and communication; provideorganizational structure solutions based on business changes and needs.
Promotes the role of HR and enhances the credibility of the function; workcollaboratively with HR team members within EHP and across EHI to proactivelyshare best practices, manage talent opportunities and decisions. Identify andproactively raise organizational issues and trends; diagnose processes,structures and approach; recommend alternatives for improved effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required; Strategic HRleadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience (years/Type)
5-10 years of HR Manager/Generalist Experience in a consumer productsenvironment
PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local laws as they pertain to HRpractices.
Excellent human relations and verbal/written communication skills. Strongpresentation and facilitation skills.
Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently
Ability to work across functional lines seamlessly
Proficient in PC software, including spreadsheet, word processing andpresentation software.
Strong interpersonal skills; client support skills, analytical skills
