Your self-discipline and ability to work independently set you apart as our Production Cook. You have a great sense of timing, foresight and strategic planning, which will be key in ensuring long-cook items are in full supply at all times. You must be able to follow set recipes, use equipment and utensils, effectively communicate with other kictchen staff, and maintain a clean work environment.
