Restaurant General Manager And Assistant Manager

We are currently searching for a General Manager and assistant managers within a restaurant . This company has a lot of opportunity for growth. Candidates must have prior GM experience or AGM experience within a high volume concept.

Some Duties Involved

• Organizing the store in terms of product, equipment and people
• Planning and checking through work schedules
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of food, service and hygiene, ensuring the company's required standards of customer care are met, maintaining customer satisfaction
• Administering payrolls, checking and securing cash receipts
• Budgeting to ensure maximum profitability of the operation, achieving the set profit and loss targets
• Using team-building skills; developing the best of your team as a group or coaching and motivating individually;
• Creating both good service and a fun work environment

Requirements

Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience is required
