The Construction Project Manager assists the Director of Construction prepare construction management scopes and determines levels of effort for its execution. He or she works with the design team to modify plans and specifications to optimize construction execution. The Construction Project Manager assists in managing all aspects associated with the construction administration of construction projects

Requirements Requirements Qualifications Professionals who lead by example, who roll up their sleeves and get into finding solutions, and who like working autonomously are ideal for this key role. At least 3 years of General management experience with a major playeris required. Proven coaching/training experience; ability to make quick decisions and multi-task; P&L analysis/management experience; and strong verbal and written communication abilities are also necessary. Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management with at least 3 years of experience in a construction management capacity.
- Must have experience in construction documents and retail/restaurant construction with building code knowledge and cost estimating experience preferred. Additional skills would include AutoCAD, MS Office and project management software.
- Must have excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
- Must have solid management experience running small to large size projects.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
