Job Description
Handles the process and requests from Broker/Dealers, TAMPS, various Third Party Managers related to Mutual Fund Selling Agreements, business processing and requirements and set up. This includes reviews and obtains necessary approval for Selling Agreement exceptions. Gathers information, conducts research and works with Broker/Dealers, Technology, and third party administrator to resolve problems for Mutual Fund issues and special requests. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with BDs where appropriate, our Third Party Investment Advisor Firms and Mutual Fund Clearing Firms.
Position is also, tasked with providing support to field directors and broker/dealer partners for Mutual Funds. Primary account responsibility for mutual funds and work with the team to execute strategic business plans and marketing and sales support. Drive all assigned and supported key mutual fund relationships through proactive calling, mailings, reports.. Independently manages projects and tasks related to maintenance of mutual fund firms. Accountable for executing new National Accounts projects from Management and providing input on improving processes based on their National Accounts and relationship management experience. Act as a liaison between key Mutual Fund Firms, National Accounts management, internal sales team and other related departments.
