Responsibilities Include

Travelling to customer's home site and completing the scheduled warranty work on the home, and report the completed work order back to the warranty manager.

Requirements

Must possess basic tape and texture, trimming, plumbing, and general mechanical skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are essential. Construction background is required.

Excellent Communication skills; both written and verbal are necessary - This position requires direct customer contact daily; must be able to effectively communicate in order to resolve specific customer needs quickly and efficiently.
