Thats Good HR is currently conducting a search for two immediate Billing Specialist positions for our client located downtown Indianapolis. Responsibilities

In general, the Billing Specialist positions we support will also consist of some or all of the following responsibilities:

  • Processhigh volumebilling transactions for assigned customers
  • Process all pertinent data from customer bill of ladings to determine applicable charges
  • Issue billing adjustments
  • Complete payroll information for drivers
  • Interface with internal customer service on customer inquiries
  • Process past due invoices and failed billing
  • Trouble shoot all electronic billing submission errors in a timely manner

Billing Specialist Job Requirements

  • 3-5 year billing experience required
  • Associates degree and prior accounting experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
  • Strong use of keyboard shortcuts; 10 key
  • Must have strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
  • Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented
  • Perform multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
