Thats Good HR is currentlyconducting a search forour client, a large growing company,to fill a Payroll Specialist position.
Responsibilities
In general, the PayrollSpecialist positions we support will also consist of some or all of the following responsibilities:
Preparation and entry of bi-weekly payroll forup to 1000+ employees
Track and enter all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
Assist withbenefit plan compliance testing
Establish/maintain employee records
Benefit administration, open enrollment, changes/additions
Audit benefit invoices, serve as main contact with benefit providers
Employee relations as it relates to payroll and benefits
Payroll Specialist Job Requirements
2-5 yearsexperience working in Payroll Specialist Role
Strongcomputer skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite & ADP or other ERP Systems
Excellent customer service with both internal and external customers
Must be detail oriented, accurate, and organized
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Responsible and trustworthy when handling confidential information
