Listing Info

  • Ensure that all maintenance personnel work safely and in accordance with all regulatory requirements such as OSHA, cGMP and DEA requirements
  • Supervise plants and their maintenance, the water for injection (WFI) system and coordinate small to medium-sized capital projects as required, including writing CARs (capital appropriation requests)
  • Ensure maintenance documentation is kept updated (WFI, calibrations, etc.)
  • Conduct employee performance review based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge and contribution of the maintenance technicians
  • Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate reordering when necessary
  • Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness

  • University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
  • Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
  • Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
  • Preference will be given to people who have recent experience in maintenance
