Requirements
5 years searching or Title Examining Experience
2 years Title processing experience
Ability to process a file from beginning to close
REO Title Curative a plus
Ability to read title chains and surveys with clear understanding
Knowledge of Claims procedures a plus
Ability to resolve and identify title issues effectively
Knowledge of Indemnity as a curative action
Attention to detail
Effective Communication Skills both verbally and through correspondence.
Ability to work in a paperless environment and maintain detailed tracking information in work flow.
Sense of urgency and communicating Complex curative details to processing and closing teams, when necessary.
Ability to meet time frames of task assignments.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
