The Warehouse Supervisor Position Will Perform The Following Duties

  • Directs all warehouse operations
  • Handles supervisory duties such as retaining and ensuring proper training of quality employees in a positive, professional manner
  • Ensures accurate product selection and loading operations
  • Documents materials and supplies shipped
  • Ensures proper sanitation as needed
  • Manages warehouse departmental expenses related to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
  • Willingness to work swing or night shifts
  • Comfortable with high-volume shipping
  • Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals
  • ?Hands-on? commitment to getting the job done
  • Ability to develop rapport with customers and staff we well as maintain strong working relationships
  • Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals
