Working collaboratively with the physician leadership, assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services, which support the mission, vision and strategic direction of surgical services. Major area of responsibility includes competencies in business operations, financial management, human resources management, organizational governance, patient care systems, quality management, and risk management.
