Working collaboratively with the physician leadership, assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services, which support the mission, vision and strategic direction of surgical services. Major area of responsibility includes competencies in business operations, financial management, human resources management, organizational governance, patient care systems, quality management, and risk management. Models skills in negotiation, critical thinking and team building.Collaborates with employees and physicians at all levels of the organization to achieve Saint Luke’s Hospital and System goalsPlease Update Foster a healthy environment of care creating a sense of shared purpose and meaning among employees.
