Position Description

Stanley Associates (wholly owned subsidiary of CGI Federal) is looking for a Sr.Test Engineer to work in our Cherry Point, NC location. The Test Engineer would provide Test Program Set Development support for the Marine Corps CASS Family Fleet Support Team (FST) at MCAS Cherry Point, NC. The Test Engineer would be responsible for the Development, Test, and Integration of all deliverables such as hardware, software, and documentation on the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) family of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). Test Engineer would also provide Integrated Support Services (ISS). Duties include:

� Plans, develops, tests, and integrates Test Program Set Development activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product.
� Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction.
� Controls and adapts to the evolution of complex systems. Keeps evolving software products under control.
� Controls changes made to hardware, software, firmware, documentation, test fixtures and test documentation for automated test systems, throughout the development and operational life.
� Prepare and review Support Software Changes (SSCs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Engineering Release Records (ERRs), Requests for Deviation (RFDs), and Notices of Revisions (NORs).
� Works closely with customers and/or functional peer group managers.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or related scientific discipline and eight (8) years of military aviation and electronics engineering experience is required. A Master's Degree with six (6) years of direct related experience may be substituted for the BS degree. Degree must be from IEEE Accredited School.

Additional requirements

� Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
� Ability to successfully complete a Government Agency Background Investigation/Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required.
� Experience building ATLAS and Teradyne L200/L300 system module executables and other software in a multi-user, multi-system environment.
� Ability to write clear, concise, factual and detailed documentation such as system build descriptions, Configuration Manual excerpts and software installation instructions.
� Experience implementing sound configuration management practices and processes.
� Strong technical writing skills and ability to generate Configuration Management Plans.
� Ability to lift 45 pounds.
� Experience with ATE or TPS Development required.

Desired

� CASS TPS Development in a multi-platform environment, including interface hardware and software design, prototyping, integration, and selloff.
� Have a working knowledge of CASS automated software tools that support source code management, change management, and document control.
� Experience in Navy/Marine Corps aviation logistics and Automated Test Systems extremely helpful.
