Synergetic Marketing Sales is looking for exceptional sales professionals throughout the Metro Detroit area to join our team. The business sales team members cultivate relationships with local merchants directly to offer them Synergetic Marketing Sales products and services. Our self-motivated Account Executives will be responsible for prospecting and growing small to mid-size business accounts. You will work within a team environment to provide: social media marketing, web design solutions, SEO and print products. You must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel, analyze marketing business needs and make recommendations on solutions that will benefit the customer. Synergetic offers a very attractive compensation plan that includes a base plus commission package and excellent benefits.

DUTIES

Cold calling and business generation within an assigned territory

Creating strategic and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking

Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

Qualifications

1-2 years new customer acquisition sales experience within a business environment

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Effective negotiating and closing skills

Experienced preparing, delivering , and customer follow-up.

Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
