Managers, kitchen managers and theater operations managers are responsible for assisting the GM with the daily operations of their location, including: customer service, financial operations, training, scheduling, supervision, maintenance, inventory operations and community relations. Managers report directly to their location's general manager.
Successful candidates for hourly managers have good communication skills, computer literacy, weekend and holiday availability and late hours, are experienced in handling financial and logistical operations, are able to learn quickly and are willing to possibly relocate. Supervisor experience is required. This position will become the future leaders of our company.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Experience leading teams of 20 employees or more
- Comfortable acting as an extension of management
