Business Development Representative

We are an online marketing company looking for a full time home-based Business Development Representative. Responsibilities include outbound calling to qualify prospects for technology based business products such as phone systems and enterprise software. Candidates should be naturals on the phone, self-motivated with excellent consultative people skills. Employees will go through an intensive and specially designed sales training program during the first two weeks of employment. Employees will be expected to work on a shift starting at 8am Eastern Standard Time but can be located anywhere in the US.

This is the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to learn or improve their sales skills and get an advanced training in business development.

Experience and education

  • College degree or equivalent preferred
  • Previous Business to Business sales or customer support skills is a plus
  • Working knowledge Word, Outlook and Skype

  • Able to comfortably place a minimum of 300+ calls each day
  • Able to work remotely from home with own computer and high speed internet
  • Able to deliver a clear, concise value proposition over the phone
  • Able to identify and call key decision makers
  • Positive and encouraging temperament
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Expert listening skills with rapport building capabilities
  • Skilled at researching and finding people within companies
  • Able to quickly research and navigate business websites for key information
  • Outside the box thinking creativity

    Compensation: $25k to $30k Annual Salary (related to experience)
