The Mission Support Business Unit of SAIC is looking for a Graphics Artist

Job Description

The Graphic Artist is responsible for completing and leading the design and development of 2D and 3D graphic and multi-media renderings to support the design and development of learning solutions for a US Government customer. Function as a subject matter expert in graphics arts tools, techniques, methods and applications, and will recommend appropriate graphic and/or multimedia solutions to support learning goals, following the approved task design strategy. Use applications such as Adobe, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Captivate.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Graphic Design or Instructional Ssytems Design with a Graphics Arts emphasis or in a directly related field. In lieu of a BS/BA, four years of directly related experience may be substituted, in addition to the experience identified below.

Five years' experience within the last seven years in visual design or graphical design with an emphasis in supporting training and learning interventions or courses.

Three years' experience within the last five years in designing solutions using static graphics, animations, and interactive animations.

Three years' experience in designing, developing, updating, and maintaining interactive graphics for simulation and gaming solutions.

Four years' experience in graphics design, developing, updating, and maintaining web-based graphic solutions.

Proficient with applications such as Adobe, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Captivate or similar

Current TS/SCI with polygraph
