The Sr Graphics Artist is responsible for completing and leading the design and development of 2D and 3D graphic and multi-media renderings to support the design and development of learning solutions for a US Government customer. Function as a subject matter expert in graphics arts tools, techniques, methods and applications, and will recommend appropriate graphic and/or multimedia solutions to support learning goals, following the approved task design strategy. Use applications such as Adobe, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Captivate.

Qualifications

MS/MA in Graphic Design or Instructional Systems Design with a Graphics Arts emphasis or in a directly related field. In lieu of a MS/MA, two years of directly related experience may be substituted, in addition to the experience identified below.

Seven years' experience within the last nine years in visual design or graphical design with an emphasis in supporting training and learning interventions or courses.

Five years' experience within the last seven years in designing solutions using static graphics, animations, and interactive animations.

Five years' experience in designing, developing, updating, and maintaining interactive graphics for simulation and gaming solutions.

Five years' experience in graphics design, developing, updating, and maintaining web-based graphic solutions.

Proficient with applications such as Adobe, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Captivate or similar

Current TS/SCI with polygraph
