Minimum Qualifications Include

High school diploma or equivalent

6 months office experience

Microsoft Office Experience - Word, Excel, Oulook

Professional and pleasant phone demeanor

Ability to multi-task

Duties Include

General Office duties - filing, copying, faxing

Answering telephone, receptionist duties

Correspondence via email and phone

Hand addressing envelopes and verifying addresses
