Follow-up for resolution of claim problems.Preparation and scanning of patient health records,insurance remittances,& patient payments.Respond to insurance and patient inquiries.

Knowledge,skills,abilities

High school diploma with at least one year of relevant work experience/training. Knowledge of medical billing and insurance claim filing. Knowledge of ICD-9 & CPT coding. Proficiency in PC/Word/Excel. Good math skills and excellent customer service skills.Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and detail oriented.

Background check required.
