POSITION DETAILS.
StreamSend, Inc is looking for a highly motivated, responsible and creative individual, a thinker and a do-er for customer service and basic technical support. This is an entry-level position. Only one position is open at this moment. This is also a local position and applicant must be able to work locally in the main office (Zip: 95814). This is a full time, salaried staff position (W2) with benefits (paid vacation, health insurance, etc).
Job Description.
You will be handling customer inquiries over the phone. You will be doing mostly customer service, and some basic technical support.
Daily Duties Involve (but Not Limited To)
Responsibilities
- Professional interaction with customers via e-mail and over the phone
- Reproduce reported issues in test environments
- Maintain issue-tracking system with current issues
- Testing new releases
- Helping maintain client knowledgebase
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Be courteous and patient with clients
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding organization skills
- Be able to multi-task in a dynamic organization
- Basic knowledge of HTML
