Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Planning activity calendar

Care planning

Documentation & initial activity assessments

Providing a variety of one to one visits

Group & individual activities

Requirements

Experienced preferred

Must have a certificate in Therapeutic Recreation

Must have or be willing to obtain a Public Service License to drive facility van
