Supervision And Technical Assistance In The Following Areas

General drilling and tapping, milling, turning and grinding - cylindrical & surface - in the tool room. Service work on all dies in the Press Shop. Repair in the press during failure. Ensure quality of press parts by optimized die maintenance Responsible for spare parts stock Servicing of dies with stamping nuts and supportive equipment. TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Re-construction of dies: turning, milling, drilling and grinding Spotting of dies MIG, TIG, Stick welding Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Minimum of Five (5) years automotive tool & die experience Class A automotive experience required Knowledge in pneumatics Experience with nut setting equipment Standard parts MIG, TIG, Stick welding, hard brazing Basic CAD drawing knowledge Metric System Basic knowledge of press operation
