Our Offer

We are looking for performance-driven, innovative employees who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. We offer our 24 month PDP Electronics Program that consists of rotations in New Product Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing &Quality, System Test Engineering and Sustaining Engineering focusing on Electronic Security Products. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development.

This program will result in a sound understanding of cross functional product development and product management lifecycle.
You will gain in-depth knowledge of Ingersoll Rand products and participate in robust technical and
leadership development.

Program graduates have opportunities for relocation to one of many locations throughout the Americas.

Education Type

Successful Candidate’s Profile
•Overall 3.0 GPA or above
•EE/EET/ME/SE/CE- BS/BA degree - graduation by July 2012
•Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of two examples such as: school club officer, sports team
captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects)
•Work experiences (minimum of two internships or six months of experience)
•Strong technical aptitude and analytical approach to problem solving
•Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly
•Program based in Carmel, IN (Just outside of Indianapolis)
with multiple short term assignments throughout the US
•Must be geographically mobile after graduation
