Global Real Estate provides commercial real estate support to the worldwide organization across a range of disciplines including Lease Administration, Portfolio Management, Facilities/Property and Transaction Management.

This position, reporting to the Director of Global Real Estate, is specifically accountable for supporting all of the real estate efforts to effectively manage and direct the property management and facility operations for over 600,000 square feet of space related to the Davidson owned campus and Nashville/TN, Piscataway/NJ, Montvale/NJ leased office locations.

The individual will be the principal contact and advisor to the Sectors and will provide oversight, ensure effective and efficient facility operations.

Education Type

  • Acts as the principal contact and advisor for all client activities surrounding facility and property management issues.
  • Project manager lead to oversee construction project construction projects
  • Lead Facility/Property management representative to ensure that facility needs meet the business expectations.
  • Assists in supporting the department's direction and priorities with a focus on maintaining a high customer service level.
  • Catalogue space usage and inventory occupancy data
  • Collaborate with IT to coordinate infrastructure installations
  • Ensuring that accuracy of rental and operating expenses are made in a timely manner for specific corporate locations.
  • Preparing AOP/Operating Budget submittals annually
  • Ensuring that Purchase Orders are released in accordance with procedures
  • Partnering with management to develop and report monthly on all initiatives, tracking property management activities and identifying trends and implementing solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities within existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Engaging internal and external resources to review contracts with service vendors, designers, property managers, contractors, designers and engineers.
  • Providing oversight and direction in all areas of responsibility
  • Introducing and recommending policies & best practices
  • Developing facility space models both on corporate campuses and field sector locationsLead the rollout of office energy audit protocols at key office locations
  • Active participation with Corporate Energy Council, providing input and participating in manufacturing energy audits
  • Improve facility mapping/space planning capabilities through automated tools.
