As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Home Health Aide/CNA works under the general direction of the Registered Nurse/Case Manager and Clinical Manager to provide personal care services to maximize the comfort and health of patients and their families.

Requirements

  • North Carolina Nursing Assistant I License
  • Valid/current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Home Health experience preferred
