Prior experience within a hospital group working with GE Centricity Business as an analyst for a min. of 3 years

Support consists of analysis, communication, implementation, problem resolution, and maintenance. Troubleshoot client service requests on an on-going basis and ensures that all activities are performed at a level of quality consistent with department standards. Exercise critical thinking and professional judgment to take appropriate actions. Provide ongoing support and communication to other staff members, promoting an empowered, multi-disciplinary team environment. Provides On-Call support as needed.
